You’ll begin with an internal training period. During this time, you’ll learn how to assess the quality of collected clothing and sort items into the correct product categories such as trousers, T-shirts, and sweaters. No special qualifications are required — we provide full on-the-job training.

By helping to sort garments for reuse, you actively contribute to giving clothing a second life and making a positive impact. As you gain experience, you can move on to the final sorting stage, where you’ll carry out even more detailed quality-based selection. If you have an interest in fashion, a good eye for detail, and a willingness to learn new skills, you’ll feel right at home on our team.

An efficient sorting workflow depends on a range of supporting activities performed in the surrounding work areas. Responsibilities include tagging sacks, supplying sorting tables with bins, and using pressing equipment to package textiles in line with customer requirements. These positions do not require prior qualifications.

We also welcome forklift operators, who play an important part in managing the internal movement of bales and getting shipments ready for our customers.
